Pat Fay
Pat Fay’s love affair with horses started 35 years ago. She spent her younger years in Rockport, MA working at a Morgan horse breeding farm, grooming at shows and driving events, backing and training young horses, galloping horses on the beach and riding the stallions. Later Pat graduated from college with a degree in animal science and moved to the seacoast of New Hampshire. She became a successful event rider which included qualifying for the National 3-Day Event Preliminary Championships with her famous Morgan horse, Minty’s Stardust. Wanting to continue her dressage training, Pat purchased a Prix St. Georges school master from Renate Lansburg and Cindi Wylie and also purchased a talented young Hanoverian mare. Pat continues to study and train with top trainers and for the past three years has been a working student for FEI Grand Prix dressage rider and trainer Jackie Smith. In addition to Pat’s dressage training she has also worked for a large and small animal veterinarian for twenty-three years and is a certified Usui Reiki practitioner. She brings her knowledge and communication skills together in a relaxed atmosphere for horse and rider to learn in. Pat is committed to helping riders develop a harmonious relationship with their horse. Currently Pat is teaching dressage, training horses with behavioral problems, starting young horses, and giving Reiki healing sessions. Contact Pat at Starfay@comcast.net or call at 603-781-3759
