We advocate for animal rights by becoming involved in the community and by being a resource. Our hope is that our customers and clients will become more involved in contributing to and helping our fellow four legged creatures in the community as well as worldwide. Old Friends, A Kentucky Facility for Retired Thoroughbreds
“My friend, Michael Blowen's site.....has three mares (two quite elderly), a pony (Little Silver Charm whom Michael pulled from a slaughter truck), many geldings (including my special boys, Riva Way and Cappucino Kid) and retired stallions (some of whom were destined for slaughter). He does amazing things. His farm is in Georgetown, KY. It is the only rescue and retirement facility which will take stallions."
